S&D Homes provide a full house build service to clients across central Scotland.

A new build home is a house that has been built usually within the last two years but has never been lived in.  It can be a property you have commissioned to be built, one you have built yourself or even an existing property that no-one has lived in.

When we talk about a new build property, we are talking about the first two categories - houses you have built or built yourself.  And that’s where we can help.  We offer a variety of services from complete new build construction through to help with specific tasks within the project to suit your needs.

A new home is affordable with a lower deposit often needed to secure the land and start the property.  It can be made almost exactly as you want, as long as building regulations and planning permission agrees.  And the property will be very energy efficient as measures can be included during construction.

We are experienced builders and have a range of qualified tradesmen available to us.  This means we can work on as much of the new build project as you want and even work alongside you if you plan to self-build some or all of it.
